Community development with leadership orientation. Evaluation, Assessment, documentation and research. Development of study materials and manuals. Formation of self help group and promote to sustainability and empowerment of women groups.

It is constituted to carry out the people development programs in developing country with innovative approach and strategy for development and change of the society. It tries to foster among the people self confidence, co-operation, and self- reliance through education and people’s organization. Our organization is a non- profit, non-political, non –government organization in the third sector. It is associated with professional qualified social workers having good experience in various developmental filed. It does collaborative work with government and other voluntary organization with having good experienced and well qualified staff and strong group of committed volunteers to executive the various development projects.
